Pre-filled peptide pens in Bali
A PeptiLab pen is a disposable injector filled from a vial of the same batch: nothing to mix and no syringe to draw. Each pen comes with alcohol swabs and pen needles.
A pen costs Rp 650.000 more than the same dose in a vial. If you prefer to reconstitute yourself, every compound below is also sold as a vial.

How to use a pre-filled pen
Wash your hands and wipe the rubber seal of the pen with an alcohol swab. Screw on a new pen needle and remove both caps. Before the first use, set a small amount on the dial and press it out with the needle pointing up, until a drop appears: this clears the air from the cartridge.
Turn the dial to your dose, wipe the injection site, usually the belly two finger widths from the navel, and inject under the skin. Hold the button down and count to ten before you pull out, so the full dose goes in. Remove the needle, put the cap back on the pen and return it to the fridge.
Storing a pen in a hot climate
Once filled, the peptide in a pen is a solution, and solutions are sensitive to heat. Keep the pen in the fridge at 2 to 8°C with the cap on, away from the freezer compartment. Do not leave it in a scooter seat, a car or a beach bag in the sun.
If you take it with you for the day, an insulated pouch with an ice pack is enough. Take the needle off after every injection: a needle left on lets air in and solution out.
Pen or vial: what you pay for
The compound, the dose and the batch are the same in both. The extra Rp 650.000 pays for the filling and the injector: no mixing, no drawing up with a syringe, a dose set by a click of the dial, and something that fits in a pocket. For people who inject every day, like on BPC-157 + TB-500 or GHK-Cu, the time saved adds up quickly.
If you already reconstitute peptides yourself and the price matters more, the vial is the better buy. Every compound on this page is also sold as a vial, reconstituted or dry. Needles and disposal
Pen needles come free with every pen. Use a new one for each injection: a fresh needle is sharper and sterile; a reused one hurts more and can carry bacteria into the cartridge.
Put used needles into a hard plastic bottle with a lid, not loose into the bin. When the pen is empty, it goes out with the household waste without the needle. Order the next one a few days before: with same-day delivery there is no gap in the schedule.
