NAD+ in Bali
NAD+ is a coenzyme present in every living cell, needed to turn food into energy and for the sirtuin enzymes linked to healthy ageing. Its levels decline with age, which puts it at the centre of longevity research.
PeptiLab Bali stocks NAD+ at 1000 mg, as a vial (reconstituted or dry) or a ready-to-use pen, delivered the same day anywhere on the island.
- Same-day delivery across Bali, free from Rp 3.000.000 and on every stack
- Vial (reconstituted or dry) or a disposable pre-filled pen
- Swabs and syringes with vials, swabs and pen needles with pens, free
- Lab report (COA) of the current batch on request
Why NAD+ levels matter
NAD+ carries electrons in the reactions that turn food into ATP, the energy every cell runs on. It is also the fuel for sirtuins, enzymes involved in DNA repair, and for PARP enzymes that fix damaged DNA. Studies in animals and humans show NAD+ levels in tissue falling with age, and part of longevity research asks what happens when they are raised again.
There are two ways to do that. Precursors such as NMN and NR are taken by mouth and converted by the body. NAD+ itself is too large to survive digestion well, so it is given by injection or drip.
Injections at home or a drip at a clinic
NAD+ drips are offered by many wellness clinics in Bali. A drip gives a large dose in one sitting, but it runs slowly over two to four hours, because a fast infusion tends to cause flushing, nausea and chest tightness.
Subcutaneous injections take a different approach: a smaller dose several times a week at home, a few minutes each. The protocol most often used starts at 25 mg three times a week and goes up to 100 mg. At the starting dose a 1000 mg vial or pen lasts about three months, at the higher dose about three weeks.
Practical notes
Injecting slowly makes NAD+ more comfortable. Many people take it in the morning, because it fits the active part of the day better than the evening.
NAD+ is often run together with mitochondrial peptides. The Mito stack combines it with MOTS-c and SS-31 at 20% off the separate price.
Vial or pen for NAD+
At three injections a week, NAD+ is a long protocol: one 1000 mg vial or pen covers anything from three weeks to three months, depending on the dose. The vial is the better value if you are comfortable drawing doses with a syringe and plan to stay at the higher end. The pen suits a lower, steady dose and anyone who splits time between Bali and travel, since it needs no syringes and fits in a toiletry bag.
Whichever you choose, keep it in the fridge and away from light. If you prefer to start later, take the dry vial and reconstitute it with the bacteriostatic water that comes with it, on the day you begin.
