Information you give us. When you fill in the checkout form, we receive your name, phone number, email (if provided), delivery area and the contents of your cart. We save these details even if the form is left unfinished, so a manager can help you complete the order.

Information collected automatically. Our server receives your IP address, which we store only as an irreversible hash to protect the site from spam and abuse. Your browser also keeps a few technical settings, described in section 6.

We never collect payment card details: this site does not take payment at all.

3. How we use your information

• to prepare, confirm and deliver your order;
• to contact you about your order via WhatsApp, Telegram or email;
• to answer your questions;
• to protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse;
• to meet our legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

We share information only with the services needed to run the site and fulfil your order: our hosting and database providers, and WhatsApp or Telegram when you choose to send your order through them. Messages in those apps are also covered by their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to handle your order and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contacts below.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart, your language, your age confirmation and your cookie choice between visits. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are optional and are used only if you select “Accept all” in the cookie banner.

7. Data security

Your phone number is stored encrypted, and access to order data is limited to authorised staff. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data. To use any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

This site and our products are intended only for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest revision.
