1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of the PeptiLab website and every product ordered through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not medicines, dietary supplements, food or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated by the FDA, BPOM or any other regulatory authority.

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you will use the products for research purposes only, and that you will follow every law that applies to you.

3. No medical advice

Everything on this site, including product descriptions, research summaries, dosing protocols, guides and calculators, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. See our Disclaimer for details.

4. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability

You accept all risks connected with the handling, storage and use of the products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptiLab is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the products or of information on this site. In any case, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the specific product the claim relates to.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Products and site content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Research and dosing content

Research summaries simplify the original studies, and dosing protocols are compiled from published research and reports from the peptide community. Findings may not apply to every situation, and the information may contain errors or become outdated. Verify it independently before relying on it.

7. Community content

Posts and experiences shared in the community section reflect the opinions of their authors only. They are not medical advice and are not endorsed by PeptiLab.

8. Orders, payment and delivery

Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). This site does not take payment. Checkout collects your order details and passes them to our manager via WhatsApp or Telegram, who confirms availability, the payment method and the delivery time with you directly. An order is accepted only once the manager confirms it, and all orders are subject to availability.

We deliver within Bali only, usually on the day of the order. Delivery is free on orders from Rp 3.000.000 and on every stack; for smaller orders the fee is confirmed by the manager. Delivery times are estimates.

9. Refunds and returns

Because of the nature of the products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We may replace it at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including texts, images, logos and design, belongs to PeptiLab and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PeptiLab harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the products, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
