Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, fill in the checkout form, and send it to us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We don't take payment on the site. You confirm the order and payment method directly with us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, crypto, Revolut, Wise, or cash on delivery. You choose a method at checkout, and we confirm the details with you directly.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Island-wide across Bali. Delivery is free on orders from Rp 3.000.000 and on every stack; below that it costs Rp 100.000. See our delivery areas page for details by location.
How fast is delivery?
We deliver across Bali on the day of the order. The manager confirms the exact day and time window with you when confirming the order.
Products
Are your products tested?
Our products go through independent lab testing. Lab reports (COA) are published as they arrive and can be requested from the manager. See our quality assurance page for the process.
What formats are available?
Every injectable compound comes as a vial or a disposable pre-filled pen. Semax and Selank come as nasal sprays.
What comes with my order?
A vial comes with alcohol swabs and syringes. You choose whether we reconstitute it or you get it dry with bacteriostatic water to mix yourself; the price is the same. A pen always comes already reconstituted and filled, ready to use, with alcohol swabs and pen needles; there is no dry option for pens. Nasal sprays are ready to use as they are.
Handling
Do peptides need to be refrigerated?
Lyophilised peptides are stable refrigerated for extended periods. Once reconstituted, most should be refrigerated and used within a limited window. See our storage guide for details.
