GHK-Cu in Bali
GHK-Cu is a natural copper peptide found in human blood, first identified in 1973. Its level falls from about 200 ng/mL at age 20 to 80 ng/mL by age 60, and it is one of the most studied molecules for collagen, elastin and skin renewal.
PeptiLab Bali stocks it at 100 mg, as a vial (reconstituted or dry) or a ready-to-use pen, delivered the same day anywhere on the island.
- Same-day delivery across Bali, free from Rp 3.000.000 and on every stack
- Vial (reconstituted or dry) or a disposable pre-filled pen
- Swabs and syringes with vials, swabs and pen needles with pens, free
- Lab report (COA) of the current batch on request
Fifty years of copper peptide research
GHK-Cu was found in 1973 by Loren Pickart, who noticed that a small fraction of young human blood made old liver tissue behave more like young tissue. The active part turned out to be a three amino acid peptide bound to copper.
Since then it has been studied for wound healing, collagen and elastin production, and hair follicles. Gene expression studies suggest it influences a large number of human genes, many of them involved in tissue repair. Much of the skin work used creams and serums, which is why GHK-Cu is a familiar name in cosmetics.
Injectable or topical
A cream works on the skin where it is applied, and only as far as the peptide gets through the outer layer. Injected under the skin, GHK-Cu reaches the bloodstream and works throughout the body, which is the route most research protocols use.
One thing surprises people the first time: the solution is blue. That is the copper, and it is normal. Letting the vial or pen sit at room temperature for a few minutes and injecting slowly makes the injection more comfortable.
Protocol and a 12-week cycle
The protocol most often used is 3.3 mg a day under the skin, in cycles of 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off. At that dose a 100 mg vial or pen lasts about 30 days, so a full cycle takes about three.
Under the Bali sun, sunscreen still does most of the work for your skin. For a broader skin protocol, the Glow stack adds KPV and Epitalon at 20% off.
Skin, hair and recovery
Most people come to GHK-Cu for the skin: firmness, fine lines, an even tone and a faster recovery after sun, salt water and long flights. A second group is interested in hair, since the peptide has been studied for the size of hair follicles. A third uses it alongside recovery peptides, because the same repair genes come up in wound healing research.
Many combine injections with a GHK-Cu serum on the face for a double approach. Results in skin research build over weeks, which is why the protocol runs in 12-week cycles rather than short bursts. Take photos in the same light at the start and every four weeks to see the change.
