Why these are grouped
Mito looks at cellular energy from three sides. MOTS-c is the signal: the mitochondrial exercise peptide that acts through AMPK and doubled running capacity in old mice. SS-31 is the shield: it binds cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane and was approved by the FDA in 2025 as elamipretide. NAD+ is the fuel: the coenzyme every cell uses to make energy, and one whose levels fall with age. The set comes as three pre-filled pens, ready to use: MOTS-c 10 mg, SS-31 10 mg and NAD+ 1000 mg.
