Why these are grouped

Tirzepatide works on intake: the dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist behind the SURMOUNT trials, where participants on the highest dose lost 20.9% of their body weight on average over 72 weeks. MOTS-c works on energy use: the mitochondrial exercise peptide that acts through AMPK and protected mice on a high-fat diet from weight gain.
