GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu was discovered in 1973 by Dr Loren Pickart, who noticed that blood plasma from younger people made liver tissue from older donors behave in a younger way. The factor behind it turned out to be a three-amino-acid peptide, glycyl-histidyl-lysine, bound to copper.In laboratory and skin studies, GHK-Cu stimulates collagen and elastin production, supports wound healing and attracts the cells that rebuild tissue. A widely cited 2012 analysis found that GHK influences the activity of more than 4,000 human genes, shifting many of them towards a healthier pattern.Its level in blood falls from about 200 ng/mL at 20 to 80 ng/mL at 60.
